Why I’m Running for Re-Election to the Hillsboro School District Board
It’s been an honor to serve on the Hillsboro School District Board for the past four years. I bring a steady, experienced voice to the table—grounded in strategic leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a deep commitment to student success.
During my time on the board, I’ve also served on the District’s Black Village Family Advisory Committee, working to elevate the voices of Black and African American students and families and ensure their perspectives help shape district decisions.
Previously, I served as Board Member, Secretary, and President of Parents for Public Schools Greater Cincinnati, a nonprofit focused on empowering families to advocate for quality public education.
As a parent, community leader, and proven advocate, I’m running for re-election to continue driving equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every student in our district.
